General information
You will receive your shipment by DHL Post or by freight forwarding (costs on request). For worldwide shipping you can choose between DHL World Parcel ECONOMY and DHL World Parcel PREMIUM
Our system calculates the shipping costs automatically (depending on the order value in Germany, all other countries depending on the weight) up to a total weight of 30kg per package. These are displayed bindingly in the shopping cart. The shipping costs of shipments with a weight of more than 30kg are to be inquired before ordering with us under Tel: +49 8444 6959970.

Customs clearance
Each customer is responsible for the customs clearance of goods. elotronics assumes no liability for the proper customs clearance of goods to the destination country. On request elotronics will help you with the preparation of the necessary customs documents. Please call us before sending your order.
Transport insurance
The shipments are insured via DHL Post with a value of goods of 500,- EUR. Beyond elotronics is not liable for transport damages. To secure the goods with a higher amount, elotronics offers the conclusion of a transport insurance. Please call us before sending your order!
